Jennie Wade is an accredited mediator and employment lawyer. She regularly mediates commercial and workplace disputes including partnership, shareholder, contract, restrictive covenant/IP, whistleblowing, severance, discrimination/cross cultural, harassment/bullying and equal pay.

Jennie was instrumental in the establishment of the first panel of specialist workplace mediators at In Place of Strife and has practised as a partner and advocate with an international law firm. She is passionate about dispute resolution in the workplace, publishing early work on the legal framework for sexual harassment disputes in the late eighties. As a lawyer and advocate she has advised across the full range of employment law issues in both private and public sector contexts.
